Ahhh! Such a busy day! I'll be so happy when it's done. Chem exam at 6:30, I hope I do good, last exam before finals, woo hoo!
Anyways, here's more story, plus I'm considering continuing one of my other Dragonlance stories and maybe I'll put it up. We'll see...
After a while, Rayson finally stirs and wakes. He sits up slowly and looks around confused.
"You're back at Syphon," I tell him and he looks relieved. "What happened?"
"The mansion, something's wrong," he told me, the anxiety begining to show in his eyes.
Ok, forgive me for breaking the story, but I should probably explain a few things if you don't know about Syphon and my two characters. Don't worry, I won't give away everything :)
The background basis for my story comes from the book series Dragonlance, mostly done by Margaret Weis and Tracey Hickman, and yes, I have met them, they're awesome people. Anyways, it is very similar to D&D and the base material plane is called Krynn. To make a long story short, I wrote a fanfic creating a race of neutral dragons who visit Krynn and aid the Neutral god Gilean by helping to keep the balance, especially when fights between good and evil dragons break out. These neutral dragons are originally from a plane called Syphon, created by Gilean for the purpose of a home for his prized creations. So, that's Syphon. It's very similar to the material plane, except there are no humanoid creatures, except one, but you'll have to read another story to learn who that is and even I can't remember his name right now. But yeah, that's some story BG. oh also, Rayson and Dulithyx do not just live on Syphon, they have a mansion on the shadow plane, go figure. I love the shadow plane! and, now I'll continue...
"What's wrong with it?" Dulithyx asked confused.
"Everything's not quite where it's supposed to be, plus there was just a wierd feeling when I went there, that's why I tried to shift back," he looked down at his hand and it was almost back to normal.
"Well, we can check it out after you rest for a while," she told him and stood. "You're lucky Kisaroth found you, otherwise you could have died." Dulithyx strickly emphasized the second part of the sentance and Rayson cringed slightly. "You should tell me first before you do something that possibly dangerous. Come on, let's find a better spot to rest." She sighed and helped him to stand.
Yay, that's a good sized segment. Gotta study, bye.
